Having lived in our house over 30 years we were unfamiliar with the current buyer and realtor expectations of the seller. We met with Angela and found her to be kind, knowledgeable, patient and supportive. She presented how best to market our house. Though we were reluctant to go for all the preparatory options, we compromised and proceeded with an acceptable plan. She referred us to her contacts as options for doing the work suggested. She always made clear that final decisions were our choice. Angela was someone you can trust and rely on. I live in California and was selling a house in Massachusetts.
